Mr. Resistor and the Incapacitators was formed in 1983 out of the ashes of the Rakes and played heavily for the next ten yen years in the Southeast. Made up of Bruce and his brother Eric, bassist Keith Richardson and drummer Dan Wiseman, the group recorded a 45 (remember those?) and two albums--Tons of Art and Lookin' Pretty Famous. This disc contains the majority of these two albums as well as a couple of extra out takes from the recording sessions. Resistor had a huge reservoir of original material that is only partially represented here and generally have a reunion gig or two each year in Auburn to try to kick up a little dust on a rainy day.
